The conference implementation model is based on the Kotter Model, inspired by our university’s achievements, which accelerated with the Change Leader Award won thanks to the successful process management in educational technologies led by the Learning Application and Research Center in 2021. These efforts have been expanded and advanced through the Kotter Model.
The Kotter Model is an approach that proves leadership in change occurs in 8 steps. By reinforcing the momentum our university has achieved through broad stakeholder participation, strong vision sharing, and institutionalized practices, the model provides a framework suitable for addressing artificial intelligence technologies in higher education at the level of a conference. Thus, the transformation experience our university has gained in the past has inspired the thematic structure of the conference, turning it into a model on both an institutional and international scale.
